BOOKING POLICIES 2017-2018

 

  1. Rates and taxes of law, occupation, children policy and additional person:

1.1 The rates are expressed in US dollars and include the current law taxes: sales 13%. If new taxes are imposed after the signing of the contract, the rates will be increased with the percentage or amount that corresponds in additional form.

1.2 Rates are for double occupancy and apply to both nationals and foreigners.

1.3 Rates include breakfast for two.

1.4 A maximum of two adults and two children under 12 years old are accepted per room.

1.5 Children up to 6 years sharing with adults do not pay, maximum two children per room. Children over 6 years pay an additional $ 10 per night and breakfast is included. Adults pay an additional $ 25 per night and breakfast is included.


  1. Check in / Check Inn, Check Out and Early Departure:

2.1 Check-in time is 2:00 pm.

2.2 The maximum check-in time is 22:00

2.3 In case of later arrival the guest will be received by the person in charge of security, since the reception closes at 22:00.

2.4 Check out time is 12: 00 md

2.5 If the guest wishes to extend the check-out time, they must consult the reception beforehand and according to the availability of the room, the late check-out may be authorized.

2.6 If the guest leaves before the date recorded in the reservation "Early departure or Go Show", there will be no refund of the nights spent.


 

  1. Cancellation Policy, No Show and Charge of Credit Card Verification:

 

3.1 In case of cancellation of a reservation will be refunded 100% of the amount of canceled one month in advance, 50% with 15 days of anticipation and cancellations less than 15 days will not be refunded.

3.2 There will be no refund for "No Shows", in which case applies the first night charge plus taxes

3.3 When the payment of the OTA is by direct payment of the guest, the charge of a refundable dollar may be applied to the stay, at the moment  to receive the reservation, to verify the card. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the dollar is not refundable.


  1. Non-smoking policy

4.1 National legislation prohibits smoking in common areas, restaurants and bars. For the convenience of the guest, the hotel has no smoking policy in the rooms or common areas, including the restaurant.

4.2 Hotel 100% smoke-free.

4.3 There is a charge of $ 100 per room recovery for people who do not comply with this policy.

  1. Pet Policy:

5.1 Pets are allowed with an additional surcharge of $ 10 per night.


  1. 6. Overbooking:

6.1 In the exceptional case that the Hotel could not accommodate one or more Customers with the confirmed reservation, it will provide them accommodation in an establishment of equal or superior category, in the same area, covering the necessary travel.

6.2 As soon as the hotel has a room available the guest is obliged with the hotel to check in immediately at the hotel.


  1. Damage to property

7.1 At the time of registration and reception criteria depending on the length of stay, a credit card voucher may be requested as a guarantee in case of any damage to the property within the villa due to non-compliance with the rules. Hotel policies or recommendations, neglect or subtraction.
